What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday to Thursday 6:30 PM - 9 PM, Friday to Sunday - 9 AM - 9 PM and most Stat Holidays - 9 AM - 9 PM. Please contact us for more information if your request falls outside of our regular hours.

What areas do you service?

We service the RMWB (Fort McMurray area). We will travel as far as Parsons Creek to Saprae Creek. 

What services do you offer?

We currently offer dog park runs, walks, visits, pet taxi, and overnight pet sitting (subject to availability). 

What are your prices?

We offer very competitive rates which are based on the length of the service. Although service prices vary, to give you an idea for walks/visits; 15 minutes for $20, 30 minutes for $25, and 60 minutes for $35 plus tax. We also offer 20, 40, 45, 90 minutes and more. 

How does your service work?

After you create your profile, we contact you to schedule a free meet and greet. You can also book the meet and greet in the portal once your profile is approved. Once the meet and greet is complete and both parties agree to work together, we or you can book your services in the portal. We follow your instructions and provide a report with pictures after every visit. 

How do dog park trips work?

We follow the area by-laws and will only bring the maximum amount of dogs allowed per person. We typically bring dogs from the same household and may add others if permitted by the owners. We will pick up and drop the pets off. We also ask that all pets have current vaccinations required to socialize with other dogs as well as no major behavioural issues. 

What separates you from someone who does this non-professionally?

We are honest, reliable, and will love your pets first and foremost! We are also licensed, insured, and bonded. We are Pet First Aid Certified and a member of Pet Sitter's International as well as have other certifications. We have experience with dogs, cats, fish, birds, rodents, and small mammals. We strongly believe in continuing our education in the industry and always want to learn more. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We do have a 24 hour policy but understand life happens. Please see the policy breakdown below:

Cancel with more than 24 hours notice = no charge

Repeatedly cancel within 24 hours of the service = full charge and possible contract termination

Forget to cancel and have a staff member show up to no pet or you are home = full charge

Pleas note our portal will not allow you to book or cancel within 24 hours; you must notify us directly. 

What is your weather policy?

Our rule of thumb is - 30/+ 30 depending on what your dog can withstand and other variables. We also do not walk in thunder, lightning, or torrential downpours. These visits will be reduced to potty breaks, short walks (if no backyard or non-fenced yard), cuddles, and indoor play. We will watch your pets for any sign of distress in hot or cold weather and cary water in hotter seasons. 

Do you have a referral program?

We do! If you were referred by a friend, name that friend and they will get a $15 credit toward their next invoice once your service is paid. If you refer a friend once you are a client, you will also get a $15 credit once they pay their first invoice.
